نلتزم في شركة نقلة أفق بحماية بياناتك الشخصية وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

01البيانات التي نجمعها

• البيانات التي ترسلها لنا عند التواصل أو طلب خدمة: الاسم، واسم الشركة، ورقم الجوال أو البريد الإلكتروني، وتفاصيل طلبك.
• المستندات التي تقدّمها لإنجاز الخدمة، مثل الهوية أو جواز السفر ومستندات شركتك.
• لا نجمع بيانات بطاقات الدفع؛ يعالجها مزوّد خدمة الدفع المرخّص مباشرة.

02استخدام البيانات

• للرد على استفساراتك، وتقديم الخدمات التي تطلبها، وإصدار الفواتير، والوفاء بالتزاماتنا النظامية.

03مشاركة البيانات

• نشارك بياناتك فقط مع الجهات الحكومية بالقدر اللازم لإنجاز خدمتك، ومع مزوّد خدمة الدفع لإتمام الدفع، أو متى ألزمنا النظام بذلك.
• لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية.

04حفظ البيانات وحمايتها

• نحفظ بياناتك طوال مدة تقديم الخدمة والمدة التي تفرضها الأنظمة بعدها، ونتخذ إجراءات معقولة لحمايتها من الوصول غير المصرّح به.

05حقوقك

• يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، في حدود ما تسمح به الأنظمة.

06ملفات تعريف الارتباط والخدمات الخارجية

• لا يستخدم الموقع ملفات تتبّع أو إعلانات. يحفظ متصفحك اللغة التي اخترتها فقط، وتُحمَّل خطوط الموقع من خدمة Google Fonts، وتسجّل خوادم الاستضافة بيانات تقنية اعتيادية مثل عنوان IP.

• We do not collect payment card data; it is processed directly by the licensed payment service provider.

• To answer your enquiries, deliver the services you request, issue invoices and meet our legal obligations.

03Sharing

• We share your data only with government entities as needed to deliver your service, with the payment service provider to complete payment, or when required by law.
• We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

04Retention and security

• We keep your data for as long as we provide the service and for any period required by law afterwards, and we take reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorised access.

05Your rights

• You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, within the limits allowed by law.

06Cookies and third-party services

• The website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser only stores the language you chose, the site's fonts load from Google Fonts, and our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs such as IP addresses.
