تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدامك لموقع naqlahufq.com وطلبك لخدماتنا.

01التعريفات

• «الشركة» أو «نحن»: شركة نقلة أفق، شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة مسجلة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
• «العميل»: كل شخص أو جهة تطلب خدماتنا عبر الموقع أو أي وسيلة تواصل معنا.
• «الخدمات»: خدمات الأعمال التي نقدمها، ومنها باقات تأسيس الشركات والمتابعة، والخدمات الإضافية.

02الخدمات والأسعار

• نعرض على الموقع باقات بأسعار محددة بالريال السعودي، وجميع الأسعار المعروضة شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة.
• تُسعَّر الخدمات الإضافية بعرض سعر مكتوب لكل عميل بحسب حجم شركته واحتياجاته.
• نوضّح للعميل قبل البدء الرسوم الحكومية المرتبطة بخدمته.

03الدفع والفواتير

• يتم الدفع إلكترونياً عبر بوابة دفع مرخّصة، أو بطريقة أخرى نتفق عليها مع العميل كتابياً.
• لا نطّلع على بيانات بطاقات الدفع ولا نحتفظ بها، إذ يعالجها مزوّد خدمة الدفع مباشرة.
• نُصدر للعميل فاتورة ضريبية إلكترونية وفق متطلبات هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك.

04التزامات العميل

• تقديم معلومات ومستندات صحيحة وكاملة في المواعيد المطلوبة.
• الالتزام بالأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.

05المدد وقرارات الجهات الحكومية

• تعتمد مدد الإنجاز على إجراءات الجهات الحكومية، ونبذل العناية اللازمة لإنجاز الخدمة في أقرب وقت.
• لا نتحمل مسؤولية قرارات الجهات الحكومية أو أي تغيير في رسومها أو متطلباتها.

06مدة المتابعة

• تبدأ مدة المتابعة في الباقة من تاريخ صدور السجل التجاري لشركة العميل.

07السرية

• نحافظ على سرية معلومات العميل، ولا نفصح عنها إلا للجهات الحكومية بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة، أو متى ألزمنا النظام بذلك.

08حدود المسؤولية

• لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا في جميع الأحوال قيمة الخدمة التي دفعها العميل.

09الإلغاء والاسترجاع

• تخضع طلبات الإلغاء والاسترجاع لسياسة الاسترجاع والإلغاء المنشورة على الموقع.

10النظام المطبّق

• تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص المحاكم المختصة في مدينة الرياض بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

11تعديل الشروط

• يحق لنا تحديث هذه الشروط، ويسري التحديث من تاريخ نشره على الموقع، ولا يؤثر على الطلبات المدفوعة قبله.

These terms govern your use of naqlahufq.com and your orders for our services.

01Definitions

• "The Company", "we": Naqlah Ufq Co., a limited liability company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• "The Client": any person or entity that requests our services through the website or any other channel.
• "Services": the business services we provide, including company-setup and follow-up packages and add-on services.

02Services and prices

• Packages shown on the website have fixed prices in Saudi riyals, and all displayed prices include VAT.
• Add-on services are priced through a written quote for each client, based on the size and needs of their company.
• Before starting, we explain to the client the government fees related to their service.

03Payment and invoices

• Payment is made online through a licensed payment gateway, or by another method agreed with the client in writing.
• We do not see or store payment card details; they are processed directly by the payment service provider.
• We issue the client an electronic tax invoice in line with ZATCA requirements.

04Client obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information and documents on time.
• Comply with the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

05Timelines and government decisions

• Completion times depend on government procedures; we take due care to complete the service as soon as possible.
• We are not responsible for decisions of government entities or for changes to their fees or requirements.

06Follow-up period

• The follow-up period in a package starts on the date the commercial registration of the client's company is issued.

07Confidentiality

• We keep client information confidential and disclose it only to government entities as needed to deliver the service, or when required by law.

08Limitation of liability

• Our liability shall in no case exceed the amount the client paid for the service.

09Cancellation and refunds

• Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the website.

10Governing law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11Changes

• We may update these terms. Updates take effect from the date they are published on the website and do not affect orders paid before then.
