سياسة الاسترجاع والإلغاء

تنطبق هذه السياسة على الخدمات التي تُشترى من موقع naqlahufq.com، ومنها باقات تأسيس الشركات.

01الإلغاء قبل بدء العمل: استرجاع كامل

• يحق للعميل إلغاء طلبه واسترداد كامل المبلغ المدفوع، ما دمنا لم نقدّم أي طلب لدى جهة حكومية نيابةً عنه، مثل وزارة الاستثمار أو وزارة التجارة.

02الإلغاء بعد بدء العمل

• بعد تقديم أول طلب لدى جهة حكومية، يُسترد المبلغ المدفوع بعد خصم الرسوم الحكومية التي دفعناها لصالح العميل، وقيمة المراحل المنجزة من الخدمة، ومنها أشهر المتابعة المنقضية.
• نرسل للعميل بياناً يوضح المراحل المنجزة والمبلغ المسترد.

03تعذّر تقديم الخدمة

• إذا تعذّر علينا تقديم الخدمة لسبب يعود إلينا، نعيد للعميل قيمة الجزء غير المنفّذ كاملة.

04الخدمات الإضافية

• تخضع الخدمات المسعّرة بعرض سعر خاص لشروط الاسترجاع المذكورة في العرض، وتُطبّق هذه السياسة فيما لم يذكره العرض.

05طريقة طلب الاسترجاع

• أرسل طلبك إلى Leonx7x@hotmail.com أو اتصل على 0152697485، مع رقم الفاتورة وسبب الإلغاء. نرد على طلبك خلال 3 أيام عمل.

06مدة إعادة المبلغ

• نعيد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع نفسها خلال 7 أيام عمل من الموافقة على الطلب، ويختلف وصوله بحسب البنك: بطاقات مدى عادةً من يوم إلى 3 أيام عمل، والبطاقات الائتمانية من 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to services purchased on naqlahufq.com, including company-setup packages.

01Cancellation before work starts: full refund

• The client may cancel and receive a full refund of the amount paid, as long as we have not submitted any application to a government entity on their behalf, such as the Ministry of Investment or the Ministry of Commerce.

02Cancellation after work starts

• After the first application has been submitted to a government entity, the amount paid is refunded after deducting the government fees we paid on the client's behalf and the value of the completed stages of the service, including follow-up months already elapsed.
• We send the client a statement showing the completed stages and the refunded amount.

03If we cannot deliver

• If we are unable to deliver the service for reasons attributable to us, we refund the full value of the part not delivered.

04Add-on services

• Services priced by a custom quote follow the refund terms stated in the quote; this policy applies to anything the quote does not cover.

05How to request a refund

• Email Leonx7x@hotmail.com or call 0152697485 with your invoice number and the reason for cancellation. We reply within 3 working days.

06Refund timing

• We return the amount to the original payment method within 7 working days of approving the request. Arrival time depends on the bank: mada cards usually take 1–3 working days, credit cards 7–14 working days.
